In “You Are Meant for Great Things” Marcia Donziger shares her personal and professional journey following stunning obstacles in young adulthood that might have brought others to their knees (ovarian cancer at age 27, leading to infertility and divorce in the space of one year).  

After cancer, Marcia embarked on a journey of self-discovery and reinvention. As part of her healing process, Marcia wanted to give back to others. She saw an opportunity to launch a new digital organization called MyLifeLine.org with a vision to transform the cancer experience through community and connection.

After scaling for 10 years, MyLifeLine merged into the global Cancer Support Community. During the COVID pandemic, Marcia became their Chief Culture Officer, where she developed and implemented her Culture CARES model. With this framework, they generated incredible employee results.

In her signature talk, Marcia shares relatable stories and actionable insights that inspire leaders to create a culture by design, not default. Only then can companies reach their full potential in creating a significant impact on the world.
